How it works

Hands sorting value cards on a table

A measurement typically takes two weeks from setup to report. A participant spends under ten minutes.

  1. 01

    1. The values go in

You enter your own values exactly as written. No rewording. Each value is translated into concrete behaviour so it can come into conflict with another value.

  2. 02

    2. The dilemmas go out

Everyone invited receives a series of short situations where two values cannot both be honoured. Answers describe what actually happens — not what ought to. There is also a 'don't know'.

  3. 03

    3. Leadership guesses first

Leadership ranks the same values, and the guess is locked before the result is opened. Without the lock there is no gap to measure.

  4. 04

    4. The report

The report shows the measured hierarchy, the distance to the leadership hierarchy, the strength ratio between value pairs, and the places where the hierarchy flips under pressure.

What the participant meets

  • No one-to-five scales.
  • No free text that could be recognised by writing style.
  • A link that works once only, or a printed code.
  • The option to answer in Danish or English.
